How To Make A Compost Bin Or Barrel CFT

Often I get asked how to turn a plain old compost bin or a barrel into a CFT effectively.
A lady asked me to improve my basic sketch so she could get someone to build it for her - so I went the extra distance and created a full instruction set.
I have not made one of these yet, but many of the fundamentals are the same as my other projects.
